My wife is pregnant so he took that very carefully into consideration when we were out touring. He managed our time and coordinated food, rest, and snack breaks accordingly to our personal needs. In addition to sharing his wealth of knowledge about ancient and modern Egypt, he gave us great recommendations for “extras,” without being pushy, and helped us learn to navigate the idiosyncrasies of being a tourist in Cairo—like how to cross the street.
