Thanks to his amazing service, we could skip all the hassle of inconvenience and potential troubles that we could have gone through. There were a lot of rules and regulations in traveling in Egypt, including all the social que that other countries are not really aware of. Communication was one of the biggest issues we could have had if we went without a local guide. Having a guide like Sam was such a huge advantage of smooth sailing of this trip.

This was our general 8-9 days itinerary of this trip.
We started off at Cairo for 3 days then traveled down through Nile river for the next 4 nights and 5 days. Along the way, we made several stops to enjoy the activities, sight-seeing and temple tours. The last stop was at Abu Simbel/Aswan. Then we flew back to Cairo as the ending of the trip.

Sam, our guide did an AMAZING job.
He took a good care of us throughout this entire trip. Food, (some of the) lodging, transportation, and even legal issues have been assisted by Sam. All these made our trip so much more efficient and worth for every penny we spent for Egypt Eye Tour. Furthermore, I got sick during this trip. I got heat exhaustion during this travel, but thanks to Sam, he helped my husband to get to a local pharmacy to get the right medicine for my need.

On top of all these, we as content creators, got a lot of help from Sam for making our content and great photos as well. Let’s be honest, photos and videos are what we care the most besides the friendship we make along the way of the journey. Am I right? Yeah friendship rules. Sameh was amazing from start to finish. Easy to contact via Mail and WhatsApp before the trip, very swift, flexible and kind in his replies. He picked us up from the airport late at night and being an (extremely skilled) Egyptologist he gave us the best tour we could ask for of the piramids of Zoser and the ones in Giza. On our last day he brought us to the Egyptian Museum in Caïro, the Khan El Khalili souq and the Coptic Hanging Church. He also took us to local restaurants to try out local cuisine. Our days with him were well organized, informative and fun. From Luxor to Aswan we went on a Nile Cruise with George as our guide. We saw lots of amazing temples in Luxor, Edfu, Kom Ombo, Aswan and Abu Simbel. George is a very skilled guide and always ready to help. He also loves a good joke. All in all: choosing Egypt Eye Tour for an organized trip through Egypt is a decision you’ll never regret. My son and I highly recommend them! Our group of 6 were treated to the Nile Dream tour and had an unparalleled journey back through time, guided along the way by our passionate, friendly and knowledgeable Egyptologists who really knew how to bring stories of ancient Egypt to life. Some of the most memorable events were the unscripted ones where Sam listened to our particular interests and adapted accordingly, whether it be a traditional breakfast with the locals, Egyptian pancakes at the market (I can not recommend these highly enough), or the optional (should be mandatory) meal in the Nubian village where we feasted in the company of our welcoming host in such a basically beautiful setting. Thanks Sam and the team for sharing your country and passion with us and giving us the trip of a lifetime.

  My friends and I did a customized tour of Egypt with Egypt Eye Tour and it was amazing. We spent the first two days in Cairo visiting museums and… read more of course the pyramids before flying to Luxor. I must note something very important, we were met by their airport representatives in Cairo, Luxor and Aswan, which made traveling through the airport(s) seamless!! We were handled like VIPs in the airport, no problems at all! In Cairo, our guide "Mo" (Mostafa) showered us with his knowledge as we took various tours with him. We met another guide, "Safi" in Luxor who traveled with us down the Nile. We experienced some minor issues on the ship that Safi went above and beyond to correct. Between Luxor and Aswan we visited several temples in which Abu Simbel was the most magnificent to us. The transportation provided were in clean air condition vans with excellent drivers. It was also enjoyable riding in a felucca on the Nile. There’s too many good points about this trip to mention.
